Together we are loud!

Enjoy music together: Seedio connects multiple iOS devices to create one perfectly synchronized loudspeaker. Play songs from your Music Library and from YouTube (more sources to be added in the future). Broadcast (seed) music to other iOS devices over Wi-Fi for perfectly synced group playback. Pump up the volume by adding more iOS devices.

Connect iOS devices to active loudspeakers for the ad hoc outdoor party and leave heavy equipment at home. All you need is a couple of iOS devices running Seedio and a Wireless Network - a Personal Hotspot set up on one iOS device is fine! For more connected devices and a wider range use mobile WiFi access points or routers.

Use Seedio as a wireless headphone splitter to broadcast and share audio to a group of colocated listeners in quiet environments - playback is simultaneous and synchronized on all devices.

Use your old unused iOS devices (iOS 5.x required - iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 3rd Gen., iPad 2nd Gen.) at home to receive your music in your kitchen, bathroom and/or garden.

Pros and cons of Seedio app for iPhone and iPad

Seedio app good for

But why not universal binary??? It works on iPad, of course, but it would be much better if it fitted the screen properly. Then I would give it a 5 star ratting.
At a campfire right now and this is a sick solution well done.
The only thing I would add for 5 stars, would be to boost audio for Netflix. It may already do this, but I havent figured out how to do it yet.
but if you add some internet radio stations, that would be precious!
And works well. This app allows you to run together with the same music in your earphones! However, importing entire playlist is required, as well as shuffle mode.
1. Shuffle 2. Repeat 3. Lock screen buttons not working 4. Playback sometimes stops after locking device

Some bad moments

the latest version crashes a lot and ends the application when I start playback
Design update is desperately needed! Except of that this app is great.
It constantly crashes, whatever I do. No support for streaming services like Amazon music / Spotify / Apple Music! Need an good update. Immediately!
Seedio Update (1.3.7) crashed if switch Seed-Button is set to on. On all my Devices (3GS, 4s, 5s & iPadAir), from iOS 5.1.1, over 8.1/8.3 up to 9.1. Twitter is also disabled! Version 1.3.6 works well on my iPad 1/5.1.1.
This APP was very disappointing. You can only control music playback through Seedio itself, with insufficient playback options. Making playlists is awkward. You have to pay an extra 1$ to get sound cloud support. There s no autocomplete or spelling suggestions in the search bars / results. In my opinion playback should be controlled through the music apps themselves. Seedio should focus on streaming audio from on device to another, regardless of its source.
Works for one song at a time. The original device keeps playing but the other devices have to reconnect after each song even though theyre all on the same network.
